Valentin Valles produces organic, fresh wines with exceptional fruit presence.  Lundi is a Côte du Rhône red, whose 2020 vintage is blended with 80% Grenache and 20% Cinsault. An atypical wine which lets the fruit burst out and delivers what the nose hints at.
