Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase, we hope you love it!  If you aren’t completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for store credit.  Please see below for more information on our return policy.

 

RETURNS

 

All items must be in new and unopened condition, accompanied by a receipt.  If the items are associated with a customer profile a receipt is not needed.  Returns will only be accepted on items up to 14 days from the date of purchase.  Returns will only be accepted at our physical store location during business hours.

 

RETURN PROCESS

 

To return an item, either email customer service at hooperscreekwinemarket@gmail.com to confirm your item is eligible for return, or bring your item to our physical location listed below:

Please Note:  If the item purchased is not an alcoholic beverage of any sort (merchandise, etc.) you may mail it back to the above address including ‘Attn: Returns’ below the company name.

 

REFUNDS

 

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return.  If your item is eligible for return by mail, please allow at least one (1) day from the receipt of your item to process the return.  We will either process your return immediately if returned to our physical location, or notify you by email if the return was via mail.


 

EXCEPTIONS

 

For defective or damaged products, including but not limited to corked or flawed wine, contact us in store or via the email below to arrange a full refund or store credit.
